About Vinita Kinra:
Vinita Kinra is an Indo-Canadian author, activist and public speaker, best known for her collection of short stories, Pavitra in Paris, published by Greengardens Media in 2013. An avid champion of social, political and environmental causes, Kinra’s writings focus primarily on inequities in class, gender, race, domestic violence, religious chasms, abusive relationships, and global warming, to name a few. Her writings and speeches have kept her in the public eye. Her next book, Imagine: Selected Quotations, is slated to launch in 2015.
