We are all poor in the face of God's majesty. Not all of us realise it.
Plough your fields, cast your seeds, the rains will come when they please.
Worship offered with stale flower and an unclean mind is of no value

Do not gossip about monks and speak ill of spiritual teachers
To master life, control the mind. To control the mind, guard your speech.
Pray as if you possess no will. Work as if everything depends on you.
To live in a peaceful home is to experience paradise on earth
Do not expect too much from the world. We are here to give not to take.
It is the devotee's job to chant God's name. It is God's business to keep count.
Be contented with the things of the world. Develop greed for God.
Humility is more powerful than egoistic pride. Water is more powerful than the strongest cliff and Love is more powerful than might.
