Scott Michael Foster is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as John Paul "Cappie" Jones in the ABC Family comedy-drama series, Greek (2007-2011) and as Leo Hendrie in the ABC Family drama Chasing Life (2014—2015). Foster also had the recurring roles on Californication, Halt and Catch Fire and Once Upon a Time. In 2015, he began starring as Wick Briggs, the series' main antagonist, in the ABC prime time soap opera, Blood and Oil.
