About Hidekaz Himaruya:
Hidekaz Himaruya is a Japanese manga artist from K?riyama, Fukushima. He dropped out of the Parsons The New School for Design and as of February 2012 he was a resident of New York City. He is most known for writing and illustrating the webmanga series Hetalia: Axis Powers, which has been adapted into an anime with six seasons.
It seems as if Americans like to be the center of attention even after they're dead.
